Origin Information:

Santa Barbara is one of Honduras’ most celebrated coffee regions, frequently ranking at the top in the Cup of Excellence. The terroir of this area offers something truly captivating.
This Pacas lot was processed at the family's shared wet mill. The cherries are transported from the farm to the mill in just 30 minutes, and the pulp is removed immediately upon arrival.
After depulping, the parchment coffee is dry-fermented for 16–24 hours in ceramic tile tanks with the mucilage fully intact.
