このコーヒーは深みのある果実の印象にしっかりとした甘さとコクが加わり、しっとりと丸みのある味わい。酸味自体は優しくも、パパイヤやブドウ、ほのかにリンゴのような果実味に上白糖のような強い甘さが溶け合い、穏やかな味わいです。
ほのかにハーブのようなフレーバーが漂い、今までリリースしてきたコロンビアとはまた違った独特なニュアンスに仕上がっています。
