This is our second Ethiopian release this season, processed using the natural method.

It offers the fruitiness and rich sweetness characteristic of Ethiopian naturals, with complex flavors and body from the process, resulting in a full, aromatic cup. Brewed as espresso and paired with milk, it has a caramel-like indulgence. It also pairs wonderfully with pastries and desserts.

Expect layered fruit notes — berries, orange, and fig — with a lingering milk chocolate sweetness and a dense, syrupy mouthfeel.

Enjoy a coffee reminiscent of sweet, concentrated fruit.
