This is a new crop release from Astrid Medina, following our offering earlier this year up until early July.

Although this lot is a mix of several varieties, it still carries her signature flavor profile — bright, refined acidity, a clean and seamless mouthfeel, and a pleasant, lingering finish.

It has subtle notes reminiscent of green tea and matcha, giving it a gentle, calming impression that invites you to relax.

We are delighted to be able to enjoy her coffee again this year, following last year’s crop. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
