Origin Information:

We are excited to introduce another lot from Natalia, following the one we released this spring. This time, the coffee comes from a different farm and variety than the previous offering.

The gentle level of fermentation in this lot creates a cup with remarkable complexity and vivid flavor definition, offering a refreshing perspective on what Brazilian coffee can be.

Rich, deep-toned notes reveal flavors reminiscent of grape and guava, complemented by purple floral aromatics. A marzipan-like sweetness ties everything together, creating a beautifully balanced cup.

We especially enjoyed this coffee served over ice, where its tropical fruit character became even more vibrant and expressive.
