This coffee is a Brazilian coffee that offers a gentle acidity reminiscent of berry and orange, along with a pronounced sweetness of almonds and nuts. It pairs exceptionally well with milk and has a smooth texture that is perfect for espresso.

Minas Gerais, which translates to "General Mines," was named in reference to the 18th-century gold rush. This state is the largest coffee-producing state in Brazil, accounting for around 50% of the total production volume.
Sitio da Torre Farm is located in the Carmo de Minas region of Minas Gerais state in Brazil. It is situated in the Mantiqueira district and coffee is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 1,300 meters. The combination of soil, climate, and elevation, along with over 100 years of coffee cultivation tradition, enables the production of high-quality coffee. Since 2003, the farm has implemented wet processing facilities and started producing pulped natural coffee, marking the beginning of new initiatives spanning four generations of family ownership. While continuing the production of traditional natural coffee, they also pay attention to the condition of the trees and engage in meticulous care, believing that through careful cultivation practices, they can produce even better quality.
For drying, traditional cement patios are used, and the parchment is spread out on these patios and stirred multiple times throughout the day. Each batch is numbered and carefully managed, allowing for detailed traceability of the production process for each lot. Additionally, with a focus on sustainability, particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between people and the surrounding natural environment, undertaking initiatives that enhance both quality and productivity through mutual improvement.
