The concept of Fuglen Sangūbashi is to delve deeper into the essence of the coffee beans and refine the brewing process as much a as possible. Our baristas take time and meticulous care, extracting each cup of coffee at the counter. While using the same beans as our other locations, we are able bring out unprecedented flavors, aromas, and textures from these familiar coffee beans.

The concept of "refinement" is carried through the interior design and tableware, where natural materials like wood, stone, and clay are used as much as possible. This creates a space that allows you to feel the breath of nature.
