In 2017, Fuglen Coffee Roasters purchased coffee from a section of the Caballero family's El Pantanal farm as its first-ever Christmas coffee. Since then, we have maintained a strong relationship centered on their flagship variety, Catuai. Starting in 2021, we expanded to include other varieties such as Java and Geisha, as well as various processing methods, including natural and anaerobic.
This year, we are excited to bring you a washed Catuai coffee from the El Pantanal section of their farm.
