Origin Information:
We continue to release Ethiopian coffees, and this one once again stands out with its unique character compared to other lots from the country. It is highly recommended to taste side by side and enjoy the differences.
We offered Gogugu last year as well, but this crop shows an even more expressive fruit-forward profile. The sweetness of ripe fruits is vivid, juicy like nectar, and wonderfully rich.
In the cup, you will find layers of peach, plum, lychee, papaya, and more. The fragrance has a sparkling, bergamot-like nuance, reminiscent of essential oils in fine perfume. A candy-like sweetness lingers throughout.
It’s the season for African coffees—don’t miss the chance to explore a variety of them!
