This is the long-awaited first release of the new Ethiopian crop. We sourced this lot from the Sidamo region, which Fuglen has not purchased from in recent years.

It offers classic Ethiopian citrus and peach-like juiciness, with the delicate floral touch of jasmine tea. A subtle, smooth blackberry note adds depth, capturing the unique character of this area.

While the cup bursts with clear fruitiness and floral aromatics, it also maintains a light and silky body that gently wraps the palate, making it an irresistibly drinkable and enjoyable coffee.
