Steps to troubleshoot login issues

If you are having trouble logging in, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:


1. If you reach the "Account Details Page",
Press the back button in the upper left.


2. Try logging in again.
If you see a pop-up for the Shop app,
Click the "X" on the pop-up to close it.


3.Then enter your email address and password
Please enter to continue logging in.
This step should take you to the point card screen.
