This is another coffee from Yonal Fernandez, whose coffee we also released earlier this spring. This time, we have prepared his Caturra for an espresso roast.
What we consistently find in Yonal's coffees is a bright and gentle acidity. Fruit notes reminiscent of plum and marmalade gradually spread across the palate, harmonizing with its soft mouthfeel to create a smooth and rounded flavor without any harsh edges.
There is something wholesome and vibrant about his coffees.
