Origin Information:

The second Ethiopian coffee of the new crop, this time featuring a natural process coffee.

What makes this coffee stand out is the intensity and complexity of its process-driven flavors. Distinct fruit notes of strawberry, apricot, and lychee come through clearly, accompanied by subtle floral and black tea-like notes that add to its aromatic and expressive character.

The fermentation character typical of the natural process is well balanced, enhancing the flavors without compromising the coffee's clean impression.

Many of the natural process coffees we have tasted in the past have tended to have a rich body and mouthfeel. This coffee, however, has a relatively soft mouthfeel, allowing its bright, floral, and fruity character to come through even more prominently.
