Origin Information:

For our second Ethiopian release of the new crop, we are introducing a naturally processed coffee.

This coffee stands out for the intensity and complexity of its flavors, shaped by its processing method. Clear fruit notes of strawberry, apricot, and lychee are accompanied by subtle floral aromas and hints of black tea, creating a rich, aromatic cup.

The fermentation notes characteristic of the process are well balanced, enhancing the flavors while preserving a clean cup.

Many naturally processed coffees we have tasted have had a rich body and mouthfeel. This coffee, however, has a comparatively soft mouthfeel that allows its vibrant, fruity flavors to stand out even more.

Its distinctive character shines through both hot and iced, and we recommend enjoying it either way.
