Origin Information:
Jose Rivera, affectionately known as Pepe, wears two hats as both a producer and exporter. We are pleased to introduce a Sidra variety from his farm.
Sidra is said to be a variety with an elegant, expressive flavor profile similar to Geisha. His Sidra is also remarkably aromatic and complex, revealing a variety of characteristics as the temperature changes.
When warm, bright and juicy fruit flavors of grapes, peach, and citrus spread across the palate. As the temperature drops, the character shifts toward elegant notes reminiscent of black tea and herbs, followed by a refreshing finish reminiscent of Gyokuro.
