Our long-awaited first Ethiopian release of the new crop is here. Every year, the arrival of African coffees makes it feel like summer.
Ethiopian coffees are known for their vibrant aromas and sweet fruit notes.
This lot offers delicate fruit notes of muscat grape, nectarine, and citrus, alongside fragrant, complex notes reminiscent of jasmine and Earl Grey.
While the flavors are distinct, the mouthfeel is exceptionally light and soft, making each sip naturally lead to the next.
This is a coffee we would recommend to everyone, from coffee enthusiasts to those just beginning to explore.
