Astrid Medina is a Colombian female producer who holds a special place in our hearts. This time, we are excited to release a Colombia variety from her farm.

She invests most of the proceeds from her coffee sales into improving the farm's facilities and the living conditions of the people who work there. We feel that her warm and compassionate personality is beautifully reflected in the flavors of her coffee.

The defining characteristic of this lot is its deeply satisfying flavor that gently permeates the palate. Bright fruit notes reminiscent of cherry and navel orange spread softly across the palate, while black tea-like flavors and brown sugar sweetness create a clean and soothing finish.

The air outside has begun to feel a little drier, giving us a sense that autumn is approaching. This coffee has been crafted with a flavor that combines a brightness reminiscent of the warm orange hues of autumn with a calm and soothing character.
