Service Overview

FUGLEN COFFEE CLUB is a subscription service that delivers three carefully selected bags of freshly roasted coffee beans every month. Enjoy freshly roasted coffee on a regular basis.

We also plan to add new coffees from time to time, so please look forward to each month’s delivery.

  • Usage: Unlimited during your active subscription period
  • Eligible products: All products including coffee beans and brewing gear
  • About the coupon: This coupon is provided only to subscription members.
    The coupon information is included in the subscription confirmation email sent when you start the service. Please check your email and enter the code at checkout.

How to Use

  1. Shop on our online store
  2. At checkout, enter the coupon code provided in the email
  3. The 10% discount will be applied automatically

Account Management

How to Create an Account

  1. Access the following URL: https://fuglencoffee.jp/account/register
  2. Create an account using the email address you are currently using

Steps After Logging In

  1. Click the person icon on the top right of the homepage (“Your Account”)
  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Click “Subscription List” in the left-side menu
  4. Click “View Details”
After clicking “View Details”, you will be taken to a page where you can change the settings below.

What You Can Change in “View Details”

Change Next Delivery Date

You can freely change the date of your next delivery.

Change Delivery Frequency

You can adjust your delivery cycle (e.g., every 2 or 4 weeks).

Change Shipping Address

You can set a subscription-specific shipping address separate from regular orders.

Update Payment Method

You can update your credit card information and other payment details.

Skip

You can skip one delivery when you have enough coffee at home.

Cancel Subscription

You can also cancel your subscription from here.


About Address Settings
Subscription shipping addresses are managed separately

Your online store account address is used for regular orders. Subscription orders store the shipping address per contract, so even if you update your regular address, it will not automatically sync.

Open Subscription List (left-side menu after login)

Click “View Details”

Enter the new address under “Change Shipping Address” and Save

After saving, confirm the updated information is reflected on the screen
When changes take effect: Changes saved before the renewal date will apply to the next delivery. Changes made after renewal may apply from the following month.
* The renewal date is the same day each month based on your first purchase. Shipping will be processed within 3 business days after renewal (excluding the roasting day on Wednesday).
