Participants connect their cameras and microphones and make coffee with a Fuglen instructor in real time while staying at home!
Two-way communication is possible through the device.
Have you ever been worried that when you buy coffee beans and make your own coffee, you can't get the taste of what you drank at the store?
Even if you follow the recipe, it doesn't work well, or you can't judge whether the taste of the coffee you make is appropriate.
Sometimes I hear voices like that.
The equipment you use in this online seminar is fine with what you usually use.
Let's recreate the taste of FUGL EN together with the coffee beans sent in advance and our recipe !

We will send you properly ground coffee beans for this seminar.
Open it at the beginning of the seminar and brew and taste the coffee together, sharing the flavor and balance.
In this seminar, you can express things that cannot be conveyed in writing, such as the story of the production area and daily questions.
By actively participating, various excitement will be created each time.
We currently offer two types of seminars: French Press and Hand Drip.
In both cases, we will explain “features of equipment”, “extraction procedure”, and “sharing of taste”.
The French press puts more emphasis on "sharing the taste" .
By using stable equipment that makes it difficult for differences due to equipment characteristics and procedures to occur, it is possible to drink the same coffee remotely, explain the characteristics of the production area and flavor, and share the cup balance.
Hand drip will focus on the lecture on "extraction procedure" .
We will explain the characteristics and extraction principles of each dripper, and actually brew coffee together. You can feel the difference because you try it with the equipment you use at home.
